From the Tennis court or golf course you can introduce and connect your referrals with their new agents and digitally negotiate and sign your referral commission agreements. Log in to the app to track your referrals closing and make sure everyone is happy every step of the way.
Our Story
As 25 year veterans of the real estate industry we have helped Brokers, agents, buyers and sellers achieve their goals in many different ways. In trying to determine the best way to compensate friends, relatives, co-workers for real estate referrals, it became clear that money is always the best option. We couldn't give money directly for a referral so for years brokers got around that with gifts, etc. It occurred to us that if only these people had a real estate license we could compensate them more appropriately for what is a generous gift in giving their close connections real estate business to us. Most of the people we know are capable of taking the real estate course and passing it, the problem is fear or a lack of understanding about what is involved. PropserUs is a concept that helps people get licensed with the support of a group setting, and advises and supports people once licensed on how to make money without working full time.
